Kindergarten Farm Excursion

KINDERGARTEN EXCURSION TO CALMSLEY HILL CITY FARM

This special program focuses on how farms work, what is produced on a farm and how farm animals and plants provide for people’s needs.  Students will be participating in a range of activities including milking a cow, patting animals and watching farm demonstrations.  We will be travelling by bus (a coach with seat belts) leaving promptly at 9:05 am and will return before 3:00 pm.

What to wear and bring: 

• School sports uniform with sneakers

• Hat and sunscreen

• Raincoat if the weather is overcast

• Recess, lunch and drinks (there is no opportunity for students to buy food)

• Please bring all this in a small bag clearly labeled with your child’s name on it.  The school excursion bag can be purchased from the Clothing Pool for a small fee.
